Q. Where can I find pricing for equipment?
A. We do not currently advertise our pricing online. For all pricing please contact Cubro Customer Services or your Professional Sales Representative on Freephone 0800 656 527.

Q. I am calling from an Aged Care Facility or a Rest Home and I would like to speak to someone regarding purchasing or trialling equipment.
A. Cubro has a nationwide team of professional product specialists. Please call Freephone 0800 656 527 to request a visit from a Professional Sales Representative.

Q. What are the warranty terms on equipment?
A. Warranty terms may vary from product to product.

Q. Do you have a Showroom where I can view your product?
A. Cubro has two Showrooms. Our Tauranga Showroom is located at 3 Hynds Road, Greerton, Tauranga. Showroom Hours are Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 12:00pm and 1:00pm to 4:00pm. Our Auckland Showroom is located at 51 Galway Street, Onehunga, Auckland and product is viewed by appointment only.

Q. When I order product how long can I expect before delivery?
A. If an order is received by Cubro by 3.00pm the order is usually despatched that day. Delivery is normally by courier. Depending on your geographical location delivery would normally be 1-2 days.

Q. Where will my order be despatched from?
A. Your order will be despatched from one of our Distribution Centres. Cubro has two Distribution Centres - Tauranga Head Office and Christchurch Distribution and Sales Centre.



Q. The product I am looking at isn't quite the correct size, height or width. Can this be modified?
A. Cubro has a team of Inhouse Certified Engineers who can modify or customise equipment to your requirements. Please call Freephone 0800 656 527 to speak to one of our experienced product technicians.
